GoodDoors Property Management is a residential third-party property management company serving property owners and tenants across Regina, Saskatoon, and their surrounding areas. Founded in 2017, we have grown from a single-city operation into one of Saskatchewan's most trusted property management firms, having managed 600+ properties across the province since 2017.
We specialize exclusively in residential property management. That focus means every system we build, every hire we make, and every process we refine is designed for one thing: managing rental properties well.
Founders
GoodDoors was founded in 2017 by Sarah Halbgewachs and Keenan George.
Sarah Halbgewachs is the licensed Broker of record. She holds direct responsibility for regulatory compliance under the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission, team oversight, and ensuring every property in the GoodDoors portfolio meets SREC standards. Sarah brings over a decade of experience in residential property management and real estate marketing to the role. Keenan George leads marketing, technology, and operations. He built and maintains the systems that connect lead generation, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting into one operating loop. What We Manage
Our team manages residential properties of all sizes across Saskatchewan:
- Single-family homes — The majority of our portfolio. We handle tenant placement, ongoing management, and everything in between for individual rental houses.
- Condominiums — We understand condo board requirements, bylaws, and the unique challenges of managing units within a larger building.
- Duplexes and multi-unit properties — From side-by-side duplexes to small apartment buildings, we manage multi-door investments with the same attention to detail.
- Apartment buildings — For larger portfolios, we provide full-building management including common area maintenance, multi-tenant coordination, and portfolio-level financial reporting.
Our Services
As a full-service property management company, we handle every aspect of the landlord-tenant relationship:
Tenant Placement — We market your property across nine rental platforms, conduct professional photography, and manage all showings. Our four-step screening process includes credit checks, employment verification, landlord references, and background checks. Rent Collection — We collect rent on your behalf, enforce late payment policies, and deposit funds directly into your account each month. You receive detailed financial statements through an online owner portal. Property Inspections — We conduct move-in inspections, semi-annual inspections, drive-by checks, and move-out inspections. This proactive approach catches small issues before they become expensive repairs. 24/7 Maintenance — Tenants can report maintenance issues around the clock. We coordinate all repairs through our network of licensed, vetted contractors at competitive rates. Lease Management — We draft legally compliant lease agreements, handle renewals, and manage lease terminations in accordance with Saskatchewan tenancy law. Eviction Handling — When a tenant fails to meet their obligations, we manage the eviction process from notice to resolution, following all legal requirements under Saskatchewan's Office of Residential Tenancies. Financial Reporting — Owners receive monthly statements, annual tax summaries, and on-demand access to income statements, expense reports, and ledgers through our online portal.Licensed and Regulated
GoodDoors Property Management is fully licensed under the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC). In Saskatchewan, any company performing property management activities — negotiating leases and holding funds in trust — is required to hold a real estate licence. We meet and exceed those requirements.
Sarah Halbgewachs, our Broker, holds direct responsibility for regulatory compliance and ensures every property in the GoodDoors portfolio meets SREC standards.
We are also members of the Association of Residential Managers (ARM) and the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce.
